When i pulled in service i had a concern about a noise inner my hood, a certified mechanic was right there and was able to answer my concerns. Having a supervisor or mechanic close by to answer quick questions is a big plus in my book.

Good Morning Jay!
I wanted to write you this morning, I was picking up my Impala last night, after leaving it at your dealership last Saturday to have some minor items repaired before winter really sets in. The car was promptly completed by late Monday and everything was taken care of very well! Kudos to your service department. I am writing mainly because my wife and I stopped to say hello to our favorite salesperson, Brittany Danna. I purchased a new Camaro in late September. I was asking about a satisfaction survey I was supposed to receive to express my pleasure doing business with Marty Feldman Chevrolet and my satisfaction with working with Brittany. Due to my moving in late summer, I never received anything in the mail or nor have I seen anything showing up in my email. I was informed last night due to the length of time which has passed since my purchase, I will not have a chance to fill out a survey and my salesperson will be denied any acknowledgement or reward from her hard work. I was hoping you may be able to change this so I may complete this satisfaction survey and Brittany will be compensated for her hard work and friendly service for my wife and me.

I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know it was a real pleasure purchasing my wife's yellow 2013 SS Camaro from Marty Feldman Chevrolet. I am a Dimensional Engineer with GM currently assigned on the new 2014 C7 Corvette Launch in Bowling Green KY. Being away from my home in Commerce, MI has been an adjustment for me and my family. When I had the idea of surprising my wife with a Camaro almost 4 months ago, I called your dealership from my temporary office at the Corvette plant. All of the information and ordering details have been via phone conversations and email back and forth between Brittany Danna and myself. I was very lucky to have had a wonderful salesperson in Brittany Danna to handle this transaction. Brittany and I actually started corresponding on this purchase back in late June, so you can see I have had a great deal of time to iron out details and have many questions answered in a very timely manner. Communication has been one of the highlights in my dealings with Brittany, she answered phone calls and email promptly and provided all the information I needed. She made the ordering process very easy and she verified all the specifications I wanted, the car came in perfectly to what I asked for. Her enthusiasm was also very helpful to make the surprise delivery to my wife, the yellow Camaro is her 'dream car'. I appreciate Brittany taking the time and extra effort to make sure the car was prepped very well and deliver the car personally, even being there to see my wife's reaction when she first saw her new car parked in our garage shortly after Brittany brought the car to us.
I am looking forward to doing business with you and your staff again in the future and will make my sincere recommendation to Marty Feldman Chevrolet, and especially to my dedicated salesperson, Brittany. Your service staff also did an excellent job installing all the options I ordered with the car.
